TEXT SEARCH Updated

From usability studies we know that users will fall into two distinct groups.  The first will use navigation features like menus or site maps to find information.  The second will look for a text search box enter a query and press 'Go'.  Thus a text search is important on all sites.

Our text search has the following features:

• Results are ordered intuitively
• Keyword / phrases typed in are highlighted
• Boolean search with AND i.e. "Hotel and London" - would find all London Hotels.
• Boolean search with OR i.e. "Hotel or Guest House" - would find all Hotels and Guest Houses
• Wild card search with * i.e. "Hot*" - would find Hotel, Hot etc.
• Search within results New
