Workflow 

Kontrolit comes pre-built with a range of tools which help you keep your website content accurate and up to date.  Kontrolit has undergone extensive usability testing to assist site owners with website workflow.  A summary of the workflow tools follow:

• Authorisation - users can be setup to either view, edit or have authorisation rights to individual content areas of the site - instructions to authorise documents can be emailed to users
• Record locking - Users can edit and lock documents that are in development to prevent data corruption.
