NETWORK OVERVIEW

Our servers are located in Telehouse London. This is a telecommunications facility based in the Docklands and is part of the LINX (London's Internet Exchange), which is a major point of presence in Europe. • Our facility within Telehouse offers the following:
• 24 X 7 on site engineering cover (for server reboot)
• Resilient power - backed up by UPS and generator
• Full air-conditioning
• Security via CCTV and recording, key card access, an ADT/BT RedCare system
• 24 hour on site security team

The two most common hosting platforms available are Windows and LINUX. Both hosting platforms offered have specific advantages. When planning an Internet venture, our staff will be able to help advise you on what type of hosting you require.

From our offices in Yeovil, Somerset our hosting facilities are remotely managed. In addition we have hardware contracts in place with local engineers to maintain and service our hosting facilities.
